Connecting to our Industrial Future
The Saudi Advanced Manufacturing Hub (Saudi AMHUB) is a collaborative platform for the Kingdom’s industrial stakeholders. It is part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Network of Advanced Manufacturing Hubs - regional centers of collaboration, aimed at tackling some of global industry’s most pressing challenges.
By pooling knowledge and expertise, Saudi AMHUB members can respond more effectively to sector issues such as geopolitical tensions, climate change and industry transformations triggered by the Fourth Industrial Revolution – the wave of new technologies that is changing the way we live, work and communicate.
Saudi AMHUB will act as a two-way valve, giving the Kingdom access to global best-practise and cutting-edge technical advances, while allowing Saudi industries to share their production and manufacturing expertise with the world.
AMHUB members enjoy access to case studies, success stories, technological insights and workshops, as well as opportunities for collaboration with global peers.
By interacting through these mechanisms, members of the Global Network of AMHUBs can learn from one another to help build more resilient and innovative manufacturing and supply systems.
To become a catalyst for upgrading the industrial ecosystem towards advanced manufacturing and promoting linkages between investors and technology providers globally.
Build a collaborative community for academia, civil society, private and public sectors to connect with the global AMHUB network and advance technology adoption in the local industrial ecosystem.
Saudi AMHUB’s strategy is the result of a collaborative effort by the CEOs and leaders of its membership – the Core Champions that represent a cross-section of the Kingdom’s industrial sector. The strategy is built on three priority areas:
The Global Network of Advanced Manufacturing Hubs now includes 14 AMHUBs representing a diverse range of manufacturing ecosystems:
