Hence the Communication Department forms a distinguishing brand image that brings to life an integrated set of programs, activities and marketing campaigns at all levels. The Department seeks to achieve such aims through the following divisions:
PR sustains the relationship between SIDF and its public audience by capitalizing on all available means of communication in order to shed light on SIDF’s integral role in supporting and developing the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia.
The Marketing Division brings into focus the impressions and feedback of the target audience to help in improving SIDF communication. Its responsibilities revolve around designing and organizing internal and external marketing campaigns, managing SIDF’s brand, and handling its website content.

Thus, the Clients Relations Division strives to achieve effective communication, and guide Clients and clients to realize the full potential of their experience through all available channels, to ensure Client satisfaction.
